This research is now focusing on the use and therapeutic drug monitoring of biobased factor VIII therapies in hemophilia A patients.
Use population PK/PD modeling approach and consider evolving resistance development to better understand the development of drug resistance in anti-cancer treatments and to optimize and individualize anti-cancer treatment.
