We onderzoeken oa de invloed van het CDSS op het aantal en soort consulten door ziekenhuisapotheker, de invloed van het CDSS op medicatiefouten bij levercirrhose patienten en de mogelijkheid om CDSS in te zetten bij intoxicaties.

The aim of this PhD is to study the role of drug metabolism in adverse drug reactions (ADRs), an area which is not often taken into account in pharmacovigilance. The role of metabolites in ADRs is studied by focusing on (but not limiting to) a number of therapeutic drug groups.
