Identificeren van biomarkers, waaronder genetische variaties, die geassocieerd zijn met de effectiviteit en toxiciteit van platinumhoudende chemotherapie in de behandeling van patiƫnten met niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom.
The aim of this project is to provide insight in the use of biologicals, including biosimilars, in clinical practice and add to the safe and effective use of these agents. We also provide guidance on the implementation of biosimilars in clinical practice from the perspective of different stakeholders including prescribers, pharmacists and patients.
RHYME-RCT is a multi-center randomized controlled trial to identify and improve non-adherence in patients with resistant hypertension and are included from 10 peripheral and 2 academic hospitals. Non-adherence is measured by means of a validated dried blood spot method. This method includes 17 antihypertensive drugs from different drug classes.
